Our motivation comes from real experience
On his seventh birthday, our Founder, Hamza was diagnosed with typhoid due to unsafe water in his village in rural Pakistan. He was among the lucky ones who survived.
Hamza pledged to take action. He won a Davis Projects for Peace grant in 2014 while studying at Williams College, USA and created a solar-powered water filtration solution for his own village so no one from his village would fall sick from water, ever again.
Meet Our Global Management Team
The CHANGE MAKERSWe are close-knit team of dedicated entrepreneurs, bankers, doctors, lawyers, designers, and students united in our effort to fight water scarcity in under-resourced communities across the world. The team spans 4 countries with 75+ Sustainability Ambassadors in the world over, including Pakistan, US and Malaysia and more. Our highly selective team is selected on annual rotational basis and our competitive program includes hands-on research and survey training sessions and covers basics of statistical analysis, helping train the next generation of student leaders whilst we serve communities across Pakistan and continue to expand our reach.

Nohshad Shah
is a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs & Earned a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting from The London School of Economics. Noshad is also a member of our Global Management Team.
Elizabeth B. Robinson
is on the Board of Directors of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation, Russell Reynolds Associates and Chairperson of the Williams College Trustee Board.
Faryar Shirzad
serves on the US President’s Council on Foreign Relations and as the Chief of Staff for EMEA at Goldman Sachs. He was former Deputy National Security Advisor for International Economic Affairs for the White House.
David Love
is an Economics Professor at Williams College and formerly a Research Economist at the Federal Reserve Board.
Sarah Jacobson
Environmental and Behavioural Economist at Williams College and completed her PhD in Economics at Georgia State University and her BSc in Engineering at Harvey Mudd College.
Marco Branca
is a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs. He runs Southern Europe Sales for Ficc and Equities and is Co-Head of Interest Rates Products Sales in EMEA.
